2021 has been another record-breaking year for real estate and that includes zip code 30034 in Decatur. The following report is a year-to-date update on how the market has performed from January 1 to September 30 comparing 2021 vs. 2020.
The highest priced home sold in 30034 so far this year was for $504,000. The price of the lowest home sold in 2021 in Decatur’s 30034 was $85,000. This is the only home on Flat Shoals Rd sold that was only 1 of 2 that sold for under $100,000 so far this year.

The number of listings went up to 377 from 359. However, this is down from 467 in 2019. More homes were sold in 2021 with 298 compared to 279 in 2020 in Decatur 30034.
