In October 2018 18 properties were sold in Atlanta Zip Code 30311 which includes Cascade, Cascade Heights, Adams Park, Venetian Hills, Peyton Hills, Centra Villa, Audubon Forest and many others. This number is down from 32 last year or a 44% decrease. There are few homes are the market to be sold. The Median Price did not climb this month as the market has started a general cool down.
$154,400 was the median price for October 2018 which was down 3% from last year. This doesn’t mean it still isn’t a good market, just that thing slow down in the fall and winter months. The average Days on Market increased to 35 days from 18 days last year, a 94% increase. This could be due to investors reselling homes at prices higher than the market allows.
The highest priced home sold in 30311 in October 2018 was $381,000 and the lowest was $65,000. The lowest priced sold home in August 2017 was $37,500.
