2021 has been another record-breaking year for real estate and that includes zip code 30032 in Decatur. The following report is a year-to-date update on how the market has performed from January 1 to September 30 comparing 2021 vs. 2020.
The highest priced home sold in 30032 so far this year was for $745,000. The price of the lowest home sold in 2021 in Decatur’s 30032 was $92,000. This is the only home sold that was under $100,000 so far this year.

Houses do not take long to sell in Decatur 30032. Average Days on Market is at barely 23 days down 43.9% from 41 last year.
